Privacy
App Momma’s public display name is Tommy Brunswick. This page explains the account and service data used by the app.
Account and app data
App Momma uses your email address and account identifier for sign-in, recovery, and account access. App records, monitoring addresses, saved observations, alerts, and history belong to your account. The iPhone app stores a local sign-in session.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Netlify hosts the web application and API. Supabase request logs retain technical information including authentication actions, user identifiers, request timing and status, user agents, IP addresses, and approximate city, region, and country derived from connections. These are separate from GPS access; App Momma does not request device location permission. This page does not promise a fixed log or backup retention period.
Connected services
When a supported connection is authorized, App Momma uses provider identifiers and permitted evidence such as repository details and commit information. Connection credentials stay on the server. Disconnecting a connection and revoking access with its provider are separate controls; previously saved records may remain in account history.
Purchases and Ask Momma
Purchases and AI requests are available only when the service explicitly enables them. Apple handles payment-card entry for Apple purchases. App Momma verifies transaction and account information to maintain entitlements and Token balances. When Ask Momma AI is enabled, your question and selected account facts are sent to the configured AI service; answers and usage are stored for your account. Routine uptime monitoring does not use AI Tokens.
Account deletion
Account settings includes a confirmed deletion action. It removes your App Momma user and eligible sole-owner account data. Shared accounts remain for other members; a sole owner must transfer ownership before leaving a shared account. Deletion does not cancel Apple subscription billing. Provider logs, backups, and records subject to retention requirements have separate lifecycles.
